We help you drive workplace performance.

Learning is where that starts, and that’s why we put the learner at the center of everything we do. Whether we’re creating elearning, instructor-led classes, microlearning, chatbots, or performance support, we’re focused on providing the right amount of material, with the right delivery, at the right time, in the right place, and with the right kind of practice. We work side-by-side with you, blending your expertise, learner research, and our experience across learning modalities and industries to design a custom solution for your situation.

We build holistic digital learning experiences.

We know that learning isn’t a one-and-done activity. We’ll work with you and your experts to design targeted solutions to support learning before and after a learning event for sustained results. We assemble each project team with the experts you need for your unique situation.

We put learners first.

The way you deliver learning experiences says a lot about your values as an organization. We take a very socially inclusive approach to our learning design, which is all part of putting the learner in the center. Every project has access to our accessibility design and testing team. Every project is designed with keen perspective on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

We harness change for the benefit of the learner.

We know that learners’ needs change over time – and sometimes they even change in the middle of a project! We’ve tailored Agile methods to meet the specific needs of learning design projects. We call it LLAMA®. We start our projects with an alignment session we call the Learning Project Ignition. In this session, we come to a shared understanding of your goals and the learners’ needs. This sets us up for success in managing an Agile project in which we iteratively design, develop, and test the solution prior to release. Along the way, we are actively looking for ways to improve the design and adjust to your emerging needs.
