This course is your gateway to mastering AI tools while ensuring you use them responsibly and effectively. Through a mix of practical prompting strategies and the W.I.S.E. A.T. A.I. framework, you’ll learn how to “do it well and get it right.” Whether you’re curious about AI’s potential or eager to build some skills, this journey will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the AI-driven world safely and ethically.

Navigate the Road Ahead

This will be an interactive learning experience as you connect with the content and colleagues that will help you grow in your practice of using AI. Along the way, you’ll watch videos, share in discussion boards, and have some hands-on practice with AI tools… all on your own time!

Plan for about 3 hours total in this course. For maximum learning, we recommend you space this out over the next 2 weeks, a little each day or so (instead of all at once). This will help you remember what you learned.

After completing this course, you’ll receive your AI driver’s permit and get the keys to:
  1. Describe the basic principles of AI and use cases in the workplace.
  2. Recognize the ethical considerations and responsibilities involved in using AI.
  3. Identify potential risks and learn safety practices for AI use.
  4. Apply the W.I.S.E. A.T. A.I. framework to ensure wise, inclusive, secure, equitable, accountable, and transparent AI use.
