AI implementation isn't a prompt challenge. It's a leadership challenge.

The AI Exchange is where learning leaders work through it together.

The organizational change, the strategic alignment, the workforce questions, the governance gaps, the measurement challenge — this is what it actually takes to make AI stick in a real organization with real people.

There aren’t many places designed for that conversation. The AI Exchange is one of them.

You're doing the real work of AI implementation. The hard, consequential, organization-wide work.

What it is

The AI Exchange is a membership experience for learning leaders who are already in the work and need a peer community that can keep up with them.

Every other month, members gather live for three hours with a guest leader — an AI-focused practitioner working at the edge of what’s possible in organizational settings. The conversation is off-mute, interactive, and grounded in what’s actually happening in your organization right now. After the guest departs, members spend an hour working together on the challenges, questions, and opportunities in the room.

In between live sessions, new content drops on the platform — articles, tools, frameworks, podcasts — timed to keep the thinking moving even when you’re not meeting.

Optional office hours give members an additional touchpoint for questions, thinking partnerships, and the kind of conversation that doesn’t always fit in a scheduled session.

Every topic connects to the AI Implementation Canvas, a planning framework spanning 14 dimensions of organizational AI implementation — from business alignment and governance to workforce impact and measurement. We’ll use it to orient our work and locate where the group’s collective conversation sits at any given moment.

Who it's for

The AI Exchange is designed for learning leaders — L&D professionals in organizational leadership roles, and business leaders who see learning as a core competitive advantage — who are already implementing AI and need a place to think, challenge, and grow alongside peers doing the same.

This is not the right fit if you’re looking for prompting tips, tool tutorials, or a place to establish your AI credentials. It’s the right fit if you’re looking for sustained, substantive engagement with the real work of AI implementation leadership.
