Agile methods work when we work together, and that requires regular and clear communications. Every week we update our clients on our activity, our needs, and the project budget status. Our goal is to create a “zero surprises project management” approach as we adapt to your evolving needs.
We start our projects with a fast-paced design-thinking-inspired session we call the Learning Project Ignition. In this session, we come to a shared understanding of your goals and the learners’ needs. This sets us up for success in managing an Agile project in which we iteratively design, develop, and test the solution prior to release. Along the way, we are actively looking for ways to improve the design and adjust to your emerging needs.
Thousands of people have learned about LLAMA since we started sharing it in 2012 – it’s a whole community! We offer individual and custom team workshops, and an asynchronous course if you need to know it … now!
Send us a note and let’s start the conversation.

Agile methods provide a framework for adapting to change as it happens and for delivering the content most needed by learners. Agile for Instructional Designers details how we use LLAMA® – an Agile approach adapted for instructional design work — to manage training projects. The book highlights how traditional more linear processes have failed businesses and learners.
