After nearly a decade of sparking ideas through the xAPI Learning Cohort, we’re lighting the path forward with something new: 

LIT (Learning, Innovation & Technology) is a bold new community exploring what’s next in learning data, AI, and emerging technology.

Built on the same spirit of collaboration, experimentation, and joyful geekery as the xAPI Cohort, LIT opens up new doors for participation and innovation in the L&D space. 

What to Expect

  • LIT Labs: Virtual hackathon-style project cohorts for hands-on exploration & learning 
  • LIT Spotlights: Live online demos, presentations, and conversations 
  • “This Party is LIT”: Our new signature live in-person event and celebration of learning innovation 
  • LIT Central (coming soon): A community hub with session access, recordings & updates

It’s evolving! LIT expands the focus beyond xAPI to explore a wider range of topics in learning innovation. You’ll still see xAPI featured, but it’s now part of a bigger conversation.
