CHELSEA , Michigan --- Megan Torrance of TorranceLearning has been chosen as one of three women business leaders to participate in the 2010 Washtenaw County ATHENAPowerLink Program®.
ATHENAPowerLink is a business mentoring program, designed to increase the growth and profitability of women-owned businesses. The program connects a woman-owned business with an Advisory Panel, recruited from the local community, to work together for one year. Guidance can include topics such as best business practices, networking skills, gaining access to capital, as well as other issues.
Torrance and other ATHENAPowerLink recipients were featured in this article on AnnArbor.com on February 19. The three women will be honored at the ATHENA International luncheon at Eagle Crest on March 16, 2010.
